
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a large bowl, combine the brussels sprouts, olive oil, garlic, balsamic vinegar, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Lay the brussels sprouts down flat on a baking sheet, do not stack.
Bake in the oven at 400 degrees for 10 mins, toss the sprouts and bake for another 10 mins (total 20 mins oven time).
Remove from the oven and garnish with pomegranate seeds.
