 1 tsp Shallotsfinely chopped
 ¼ tsp Cilantrofinely chopped
 1 tbsp Blackberry Preservesfat-free, sugar- free, sodium-free with fiber
 1 dash Red Peppercrushed

In a small bowl, combine blackberries, shallots, and cilantro; mix well.

Add preserve to the mixture and sprinkle crushed red pepper.

Makes 1/8 cup.
