  1. Remove any visible skin off the chicken breast to reduce the fat and calorie content.
  2. Use cooking spray for more even pan cooking.
  3. If using an airfryer, cook each side for 7 minutes at 350 degrees.

1. Low fat greek yogurt and low fat or evaporated milk can be used to substitute the heavy cream.

2. Chickpea, red lentil, or rice pasta can be used to make the recipe gluten-free.

Honey Garlic Shrimps

Choice of your vegetable (bell peppers, onions, squash etc.) can be added to the skewers in between the shrimps.

1. Can substitute vegetables with any vegetable of your choice.
2. If skewers are not available, then can use the oven at 400 degrees for 20-25 mins cooking time.
