1. Low fat greek yogurt and low fat or evaporated milk can be used to substitute the heavy cream.
2. Chickpea, red lentil, or rice pasta can be used to make the recipe gluten-free.
Dry roast the cumin seeds, coriander seeds, peppercorn, and anaar dana. Coarsely grind to make the masala.
Mix the ground chicken, tomatoes, onion, cilantro, eggs, and the grinded masala, set it aside for 1 hour. Do not overmix.
Divide the mixture into 10 parts to make flat patties (wet hands to avoid the mixture sticking). Set aside for 5 minutes.
In a medium, non-stick skillet, on medium-low heat, pan fry patties for 3 to 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Garnish with lime and chaat masala!
