Sweet Potatoes

 2 pieces of Sweet PotatoesMedium (~200 grams)
 2 sprigs Fresh (1/4 tsp. dried Rosemary may be substituted)
 ¼ tsp Black PepperGround
 ¼ tsp Red Chili Powder
 ¼ tsp Garlic Powder
 1 tbsp Olive Oil

Peel potatoes and slice to desired thickness


Preheat oven to 400°F


In a bowl, add potato slices, rosemary, black pepper, red chili powder, garlic powder and olive oil. Mix well


Place potato slices on a cookie sheet and bake for 5 to 7 minutes; turn each slice and bake for additional 5-7 minutes until cooked thoroughly

Chef's Tip:

Serving Suggestion:
Serve with Salmon and Mango Salsa (see recipe links below); place Salmon on a serving dish, add mango salsa on top of the Salmon and place Sweet potatoes on the side.
