Peel potatoes and slice to desired thickness
Preheat oven to 400°F
In a bowl, add potato slices, rosemary, black pepper, red chili powder, garlic powder and olive oil. Mix well.
Place potato slices on a cookie sheet and bake for 5 to 7 minutes; turn each slice and bake for additional 5-7 minutes until cooked thoroughly.
