 2 cups Milk
 ½ cup Blueberries
 ¼ cup Blackberries
  cup Strawberries
 ½ cup Raspberries
 2 tsp Flax Seeds
 1 tbsp Sugar

In a blender combine all ingredients and puree until smooth.


Pour into four individual glasses and serve immediately.

To decrease the sugar content of this recipe, a sugar substitute may be used.
