 ½ cup Bananasripe, sliced round
 ¼ cup Golden Applessmall diced
 ¼ cup Black Grapesseedless
 ¼ cup Cantaloupepeeled and small diced
 ¼ cup Honeydewpeeled and small diced
 ¼ cup Blueberrieswhole
 1 tbsp Black Raisins
 ¼ cup Black Beanscooked
 ¼ cup Chickpeascooked
 2 tbsp Cilantrofinely chopped
 ½ cup Romaine Lettucefinely shredded

In a medium bowl, combine all fruits, raisins and beans and mix well.

Plate the salad and add Raspberry Dressing or Raspberry Chutney over the salad.

Garnish with cilantro and romaine lettuce on top.

Chef's Tip:

Use dried black beans and chickpeas, soaked and cooked. Canned beans and chickpeas may increase the sodium content in this recipe.
