 ½ cup Fresh Blueberries, finely chopped
 ½ cup Fresh Raspberries, finely chopped
 1 tbsp Red Onion, finely chopped
  cup Tomato, finely chopped
 1 tsp Cilantro, finely chopped

In a small bowl, add all the ingredients and mix well.

Chef's Tip:

1. Makes 1 1/4 cups
2. Use other fruits in the salsa such as apples, oranges or grapes.
3. This is a great topping for any salad mix or sandwich such as the Chicken Taco Salad Sandwich
