 1 slice French Bread
 1 tbsp Non-Fat Shredded Cheese (Mozzarella, Cheddar etc.)

Place shredded cheese on the slice of bread.


Broil until cheese melts and turns slightly brown.


Serve immediately.

Try this recipe using whole grain bread to increase fiber content to 3 grams per serving.
