 ½ piece ripe Medium Avocado
 handful CilantroRoughly Chopped
 handful Mint
 ¼ cup Non-Fat Yogurt
 1 tbsp Yellow OnionRoughly Chopped
 ½ piece Lemon or Lime

In a blender, add in all the ingredients and blend until pureed.

Squeeze fresh lime or lemon juice, stir well, and pour into a serving dish.

Enjoy the fresh green Avocado Mint Chutney with your favorite appetizer.

Chef's Tip:

Roasted spices or grounded nuts can also be added to the chutney for additional flavoring.
