 ½ piece ripe Avocado, Medium
 Cilantro, Roughly Chopped handful
 Mint handful
 ¼ cup Yogurt, Non-Fat
 1 tbsp Yellow Onion, Roughly Chopped
 ½ piece Lemon or Lime

In a blender, add in all the ingredients and blend until pureed.

Squeeze fresh lime or lemon juice, stir well, and pour into a serving dish.

Enjoy the fresh green Avocado Mint Chutney with your favorite appetizer.

Chef's Tip:

Roasted spices or grounded nuts can also be added to the chutney for additional flavoring.
