 ½ lb Lean Ground Beef96% Lean, 4% Fat
 ¼ cup Cilantrofinely chopped
 ¼ cup Spring Onionsmall sliced
 1 tsp Ginger and Garlic Paste
 2 tbsp Green Mintfresh, finely chopped
 2 tbsp Yellow Onionfinely chopped
 ¼ cup Millet Flour (Bajra)
 2 tbsp Yogurtfat-free
 ½ tsp Garam Masala
 1 tsp Coriander Seedcoarse ground
 ¼ tsp Salt
 Cooking Oil Spray

In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients, except cooking oil spray; mix well and set aside for 15 to 20 minutes.

Divide mixture into 8 parts to make round, flat patties, 2 inches in diameter.

In a small non-stick frying pan, over medium-low heat, evenly spray cooking oil for 4 seconds. Pan-fry four patties for 4 to 5 minutes. Flip and cook for another 4 to 5 minutes.

Repeat the above steps with the remaining four patties.

Chicken Shami Kebabs
  1. Remove any visible skin off the chicken breast to reduce the fat and calorie content.
  2. Use cooking spray for more even pan cooking.
  3. If using an airfryer, cook each side for 7 minutes at 350 degrees.
