 1 cup Red Grapesseedless
  cup Cilantrofinely chopped
 ½ tsp Cayenne Pepper
 1 pinch Salt

In a blender, combine grapes, cilantro, cayenne pepper and salt; puree.

In a small non-stick skillet, over medium-low heat, add puree from the blender and cook for 7 to 10 minutes until mixture turns into a thick sauce.

Chef's Tip:

Goes well with Fish Kebab, makes 1/4 cup.
