 1 cup Rice, Short Grain
 ½ cup Moong Daal with skin
 5 cups Water, Tap
 ¾ tsp Salt

Wash rice and moong daal thoroughly.


Boil the water with rice, moong daal, and salt. Cover and let simmer on low heat for about 20 minutes or until cooked.


Mix well until smooth.


Enjoy Khichri with a bowl of Kadhi!
