 2 Avocados (fresh, small, ripe)
 1 Onion (small peeled, chopped)
 1 Tomato (small, diced)
 ½ oz Lime Juice(freshly squeezed)
  tsp freshly squeezed (ground)
  tsp Salt
 ¾ tsp Tabasco Sauce

Cut avocados lengthwise and remove pit; scoop out the pulp and mash until smooth.

Add diced tomato, onion, salt and pepper to the mashed avocados and mix well.

Add freshly squeezed lime juice and Tabasco sauce.

Mix well and serve with low sodium chips.
