Chicken Corn Soup

 3 cups Fat-Free Chicken Broth
 4 oz Large Chicken Breast
 1 can (15 oz) Canned Cream Style Corn
 ½ tsp Salt
 ¼ tsp Black Pepper
 3-4 tbsp Corn Starch
 3 Egg Whites
 Lemon Juice (to taste)
 Hot Sauce (to taste)

Heat the chicken broth and add the chicken, corn, salt, and pepper.

Mix the cornstarch in 1/2 cup water until blended.

When the broth starts to boil, stir in the cornstarch, mix until broth thickens.

Lightly beat the egg whites and slowly add into the soup white vigorously stirring. Add lemon juice if desired.

Serve immediately with hot sauce.
