 4 cups Watermelon (Cleaned, washed, deseeded, cut into small cubes)
 1 cup Pineapple Juice
 1 cup Club Soda
 ½ cup Crushed Ice
 Mint Leaves & Lemon Wedges for garnish

In a food processor or blender, add the watermelon and make a smooth puree.

Strain and separate pulp from juice.

Pour the juice into a jug; add the pineapple juice and ice; stir well.

Take 4-8 oz glasses and fill each glass to 3/4 full.

Add 1/4 cup of club soda and garnish with mint and lemon wedge.
