 1 lb Ground Turkeyextra lean (98-99% fat free)
 1 Onionmedium sized, chopped
 4 cloves of garlicechopped
 8 tbsp Salsa
 2 tbsp Shredded CheeseMexican Blend, reduced fat
 4 tbsp Sour Creamfat free
 ½ cup Lettuceshredded
 8 Hard Shell Tacos
 Cilantrofor garnish

In a non-stick pan, over medium-high heat, sauté chopped onions; add ground turkey and cook for 5 minutes. Add chopped garlic and taco seasoning. Cook until the mixture is dry.

To assemble the tacos: add 2 tablespoons of turkey meat, 1 tablespoon of salsa, 1⁄2 tablespoon sour cream, 1⁄4 tablespoon of shredded cheese, and 1 tablespoon of lettuce. Repeat to make 8 Tacos.

Chef's Tip:

To further reduce sodium & saturated fat content, decrease salt in the seasoning mix to 1/4 tsp & replace taco shells with lettuce and enjoy a "Lettuce Taco" instead!
