 ¼ gal 2% Milk
 1 cup Vanilla Ice Cream(130 grams) Slow Churned 1/2 Fat
 75 ml Roohafzah
 ¾ tsp Takmiria(2.5 gram) Basil Seed
 ¼ tsp Vanilla Extract

Soak Takmiria in 1/4 cup of water for 15 minutes; they will become lighter and float on water. Drain the water and set aside


Combine milk and ice cream. Mix well


Add Takmiria, Rooh-afzah, and Vanilla extract to the milk. Mix well


Chill and serve

Chef's Tip:

2-3 drops of Almond extract can be substituted for Vanilla extract.
