 4 Orange and Spice Herbal Tea Bags
 1 inch Fresh Gingerpeeled, crushed
  tsp Nutmeg Powder
 5 Pieces Cardamomwhole

In a medium non-stick saucepan, over medium-high heat, add all the ingredients and bring to rapid boil. Reduce heat to medium and simmer uncovered for 5 to 7 minutes.

Remove from stove and strain the tea using a strainer.

Pour into four individual serving cups and enjoy.
