Beef Nihari with Whole Wheat Pita Bread

 1 tbsp Fennel Seeds
 ½ tbsp Cumin Seeds
 5 pieces Cardamomwhole, green
 5 pieces Peppercornwhole
 2 pieces Clovewhole
 ¼ tsp Nutmeg Powder
 Small piece Javitri (Mace)
 ¼ inch long Cinnamon Stick
 1 tsp Ginger Powder

In a coffee or spice grinder, combine all spices and grind until fine.
