 18 Red or Green Grapes
 32 Blueberries
 2 String Cheese (light)
 1 Banana
 4 Strawberries

Rinse grapes, blueberries and strawberries and dry completely.

Cut each strawberry into 4 pieces.

Cut string cheese to get 8 pieces of cheese from each string cheese.

Cut banana into 2 halves, then slice each half lengthwise (to get a total of 4 slices).

On a toothpick, insert 2 grapes, a piece of string cheese, 4 blueberries.

Repeat to make 8 fruit kebobs.

To make the fruit boat: Place one piece of banana on a plate; arrange 2 fruit kebobs where one end is on either ends of the banana and the other end of each meets in an upside down “V” shape (to make the sail on a boat); finally, arrange the 4 pieces of strawberries under the “curve” of the banana.

Repeat to make 4 fruit boats total.
