 1 cup Greek Yogurt nonfat
 1 tsp Cumin Seeds, ground and roasted
 1 Cucumber (medium, peeled, half grated and other half diced into small pieces)
 ¼ tsp Salt
 1 tbsp Lime Juice, freshly squeezed
  tsp Red Chili Powder

Add yogurt to a bowl; add the ground cumin and salt; mix until smooth.

Add cucumber to the mixture and mix well.

Add freshly squeezed lime juice and mix.

Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with a sprinkle of chili powder.

Chicken Shami Kebabs
