 1 tbsp Canola Oil
 ½ cup TomatoesChopped
 1 tsp Garlic Paste
 1 tsp Green Chili Paste
 ½ tsp Salt
 ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
 ½ tsp Dhana Jeera Powder
 1 Medium Cauliflower (Flowerettes)
 1 ½ cups Frozen Green Peas
 1 PotatoDiced
 ½ cup Tap Water
 Few pieces CilantroChopped

Heat the oil.

Add all the spices and the tomatoes. Saute until the mixture is almost dry.

Add cauliflower, peas, potatoes, and water.

Cook until vegetables are tender (do not overcook the cauliflower)

Mix in the chopped cilantro

Garnish with more cilantro and enjoy!

Chef's Tip:

Salt is an optional ingredient, other spices of your choice may be added.
