 1 Apricotdry finely chopped
 ¼ tsp Shallotsfinely shredded
 ¼ tsp Cilantro
 2 tbsp Apricot Preservefat-free, sugar-free, sodium free

In a small bowl, combine apricot, shallots, and cilantro; mix well.

Add preserve to the mixture and mix well.

Chef's Tip:

A sweet chutney for any occasion, makes 1/2 cup.
