Homemade Achaar Masala

This homemade masala can also be used with Achaar Chicken recipe or other vegetable curry recipes.

Achaar Chicken

 1 tsp Fennel Seeds
 ½ tsp Kalonji Seeds (Black Nigella Seeds)
 ¼ tsp Yellow Mustard Seeds
 ½ tsp Turmeric
 1 tsp Paprika
 1 tsp Cumin Powder

In a bowl, combine the above spices and mix well.

This recipe makes approximately 1.5 to 2 tablespoons of masala and is good for 1 pound of chicken.
