 6 cups Romaine LettuceShredded
 ½ cup TomatoDiced
 ½ cup Green Bell PepperDiced
 ½ cup CucumberSliced
 ½ cup Fresh CilantroMinced
 ¼ cup Fresh MintMinced
 ¼ cup Green OnionSliced
 1 tbsp Olive Oil
 ¼ cup Lemon Juice
 ¼ tsp Ground Black Pepper
