 2 cups All Purpose White Flour
 4 tbsp Canola Oil
 ½ tsp Black Pepper
 ½ tsp Coarsely Ground Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
 ¼ tsp Salt (optional)
 ½ tsp Aajma (optional)
 1 - 1 1/2 cups Hot Water
 Cooking Spray

Preheat oven to 225 degrees F.

Mix all the ingredients together except water.

Add hot water to form a stiff dough. Knead well.

Divide the dough into 30 small balls.

Roll flat rounds to look like small tortillas then prick with a fork.

Spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray.

Spray puris with cooking spray on both sides and place them on the cookie sheet.

Bake for 15 minutes on until light brown. Turn puris and bake for another 15 minutes.

Remove from the oven, let it cool, and enjoy!
