Kheer

 3 cups Skim Milk
 12 oz Fat-Free Evaporated Milk
 4 oz Coarsely Ground Rice
 5 oz Fat-Free Condensed Milk
 1 tbsp Slivered Almonds
 1 tbsp Pistachio, Chopped
 ½ tsp Cardamom Powder

Mix skim milk, evaporated milk, rice, and condensed milk in a heavy saucepan and cook on medium to low heat for 3-4 hours.

Remove from heat and add almonds, pistachio, and cardamom.

Mix well and put into a serving dish.

Chill before serving.
