COVID-19 Vaccine eligibility is now open for everyone 16 years of age and older

Phase 1A

  • Health care workers caring for and working directly with patients with COVID-19
  • Staff and residents of long term care facilities

Phase 1B

  • Group 1: People 75 years of age and older
  • Group 2: Health care workers and frontline essential workers 50 years or older
  • Group 3: Health care workers and frontline essential workers of any age

Phase 2

  • Group 1 People 65-74 years old
  • Group 2: People 16 years of age and older with at least one chronic medical condition that puts them at increased risk for severe illness from the virus that causes COVID-19, such as but not limited to:
    • Cancer
    • Chronic kidney disease
    • COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease)/Pulmonary fibrosis/cystic fibrosis/moderate-severe asthma
    • Heart conditions, such as heart failure, coronary artery disease, cardiomyopathies or hypertension
    • Immunocompromised
      • HIV, taking chronic steroids and immunomodulators, history of solid organ, blood or bone marrow transplantation
    • Obesity and severe obesity (body mass index of 30 kg/m2 or higher)
    • Liver Disease
    • Sickle cell disease/thalassemia
    • Type 2 diabetes mellitus
    • Dementia
    • Cerebrovascular disease/stroke
  • Group 3: Anyone who is incarcerated or living in other close group living settings
  • Group 4: Essential workers not yet vaccinated.
